PRESSING BOTANICALS
From Garden to Art Studio
A simple, mindful beginning for your creative practice
A quiet ritual rooted in nature. Learn how I press botanicals using books—transforming flowers and leaves into delicate forms for cyanotype printing and other botanical projects while embracing a slower way of creating.
Experience the captivating beauty of cyanotype art, where each piece is a visual testament to the relationship between nature and sustainable practice.
HELD IN LIGHT
This collection, Held in Light, was born from that fleeting grace. Each cyanotype print began in the fields near my home outside Naples, Italy, where I gathered fresh poppies and brought them to my studio. Using sunlight, water, and time, I captured their silhouettes before they faded, preserving their gentle presence in deep, enduring blue.
Step into a slower rhythm, where plants and sunlight quietly become cyanotype art.
